On Thursday night, the up-and-coming band from Austin, TX, Nether Hour, performs at Aggie Theater, packing the venue with fans. Whether you were a new or tried-and-true fan, you were sure to have a great time.
The show with supporting acts from Static Heads and Garden District. Both brought the energy with their soulful and funk tunes. Not only did they wow the crowd with their own unique sounds, but they also set the tone for the headliner.
After both of the openers performed amazing sets, the main act, Nether Hour, came onto stage. The band consists of frontman Bobby Flaco delivering unforgettable vocals, Bishop serving guitar riffs, Bercy laying down the bass, and Alvin beating on the drums. Together, the four of them create a serious force to be reckoned with.
As soon as the quartet took the stage, an instant surge of energy kept everyone in a trance for the duration of the whole set. Not only did they play their top hits like “Sex Ed”, “Ketamine”, and “Doo Da Dee Da”, they also played some tracks from their new album MOONSHINE, which was released on March 14, 2025, and unreleased sounds.
The four, along with ripping some amazing jams that are sure to catch the eyes and ears of any rock n roll fan, also knew how to keep their audience engaged with funny jokes and amusing comments. The band ended their show with playful guitar riffs and banter that held the attention of the audience up until the very last second.
After taking a break during the month of September, they will be back on the road starting on October 9th, traveling through Southeastern states, performing various shows!
