As the title implies, Dude York, a band from Seattle, Washington, really likes pasta. I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with Andrew, Claire, and Peter before their show at the Globe Hall in Denver on October 3rd to have a lengthy discussion on their soul pasta noodles. Other topics ranged from how the cover of their most recent album, Falling, was created (hint: it involved dropping a cheap sheet cake), Peter’s favorite flavor of Cheez-Its, strange gifts and more serious topics such as how to handle performance anxiety, and advice for aspiring musicians.
