Hi again! It’s Rebekah and along with my partner, Max, we are the Foodies in the Fort. Each week we visit a business in Fort Collins to learn about them and food more generally. On this episode, we visit the Welsh Rabbit Cheese shop, a local cheese bar in Fort Collins, Colorado.
