In this episode, I interview Dr. Jan Leach about her research into maintaining and protecting our global food supply.  We discuss the challenges posed by an increasingly warm climate and rapidly growing population to the future of agricultural production.  Dr. Leach’s research aims to develop robust, disease resistant crops that will sustain the global population far into the future.
