On the morning of February 11, 1987, Peggy Hettrick was found brutally murdered in a field in Fort Collins, Colorado. Fifteen-year-old, Tim Masters, would be sentenced for this crime nearly ten years later. However, the case against him lacked any physical evidence. Years later, post-conviction attorneys work to free Masters and expose issues of biased profiling.
