You’re invited to dine with us under the harvest moon at Fossil Creek Farms in Fort Collins. The evening will highlight the talents of chefs of JAX Fish House and Oyster Bar and will begin with a cocktail hour that features delicious passed appetizers and a fresh raw oyster bar. The four course family style menu will showcase the bounty of the season and will be paired with special brews from Horse and Dragon Brewing Company, wine pairings, and a cocktail prepared by local distiller, Drytown.

This year, the Harvest Moon Salmon Bake aptly chooses a water theme
and will benefit Save the Poudre, a non-profit with a mission to
“protect and restore the Cache La Poudre River”.
