A band new to the Fort Collins local scene, the members of Alone At The Gym put on a great show in the KCSU studio for the Local Lunch Hour with DJ TBD. In between high energy performances of highly dynamic, original tunes, the guys discuss the group’s formation and how they find inspiration to create their, “progressive sad boy” sound.
